Alex, This was our second visit and enjoyed pretty much doing nothing!! Our son and a friend stayed in #202 and family stayed in #107. We really enjoyed relaxing and recharging and we will be back.

We were here to celebrate our 27th anniversary and a much deserved vacation. Unit #105 could not have been a better choice to rest, relax and celebrate our anniversary. The surroundings are beautiful and the waves calming. We spent many of our 17 days here just enjoying the natural beauty of Hoyochi Nikko #105. A lot of that has to do with John maintaining the property – Pupus with John & Irene and the guests here was always memorable. Looking forward to a return visit to unit #105. Thanks Alex.

Alex, Once again thank you for sharing your paradise with us. We always find #105, clean, well stocked with an appropriate kitchen and with a view that takes your breath away. This is the best place on all of Maui to watch the sunset. We won the lottery when we discovered #105. You have always been “the best” to work with. We look forward to next year and hopefully for many more to come.

Hi Alex, It was a pleasure working with you. Thank you! The view from this condo was WOW!! + WOW!! We don’t want to leave. Friendly people, great weather and beautiful sunsets. What more could anyone ask for. Plan on returning for maybe a longer stay. The most relaxing vacation we have ever had. We have wonderful memories to take home with us.

Since we’ve done all the tours and most activities we did some day trips, went to museums and took a drive to Haleakala, did turtle and whale watching. We got to know a few of the owners a little bit better and met some new folks. Very much looking forward to a return visit!!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We found everything we needed and more. Watching the waves, sunsets, sunrises and whales was awesome!! Time flew by and now we must sadly leave this paradise. We hope to return again sometime. We are school friends. We started 1st grade together in 1947, graduated in 1959. At our 50th high school reunion we planned this trip. Thanks for helping us realize a dream.

We love Maui and all of its beauty and friendliness. We have been coming to Maui for 40 years and always look forward to our time here. Hoyochi Nikko 105 is the perfect place. We have never stayed anywhere we like any better. We look forward to returning in the future for another perfect vacation. Thanks Alex for everything!!

It is beautiful here again, Alex. I think, however, it is more lush, warmer for January than we have ever experienced before. Lori and Scott stayed with us a couple nights after the Valley Isle. They think we are so fortunate to have found a little piece of paradise. And we do too (even if it was Ordy that originally clued us in on your place. . .ha, ha)! Denny and his buddy Ordy from college day are always giving each other a bad time. John just trimmed your hedge that overlooks the pool. Now you don’t even have to get up from the breakfast table to spot the whales! Aloha for now. PS We are really appreciating your wireless internet.

Alex, Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Everything is perfect from the view to the comfortable bed!! You made our first visit to Maui exceptional and I know we’ll be back!! The weather is perfect, we had only one day of rain within our 2 weeks, we spent the day shopping in Lahaina where no one seemed to care about the rain. There is absolutely nothing I would change including the accommodations, people, weather, etc. Thanks again and we will be making our next reservation soon!!

This is our second stay at #105 and we are already planning our third!! We love it here. The condo is beautiful and so well appointed. It feels like home only with a much better view!! The people at Hoyochi Nikko are always so nice. We saw so many turtles this time. Sometimes up to 10 right out by the rocks – AMAZING. Haleakaka is truly breathtaking – our best hike ever. We actually saw turbulence – look for it at mile 7. The food in Maui is always yummy and will miss the fresh fish. Warren * Annabelles is not to be missed!!! Great Entertaintment. See you in 2011!

Would not have changed a thing. The condo was great with everything we could have needed and more. Awesome condo and location. I felt like we had our own private beach and coral reef. We kept busy on the island but it was difficult to leave.

The condo was everything that we had imagined!! Very comfortable and clean. It felt like home. We loved seeing the sea turtles close enough to almost touch. Pam was very welcoming the day we arrived and was a great help throughout the rest of our trip. We planned on doing more activities but instead, relaxed and sunned ourselves. We cannot wait to come back and visit!!!

Ahh, Maui. What can one say about this one island within a paradise chain of islands? Having stayed at many properties in West Maui, we can honestly say that Hoyochi Nikko #105 captures that paradise. Thank you Alex & Lisa for sharing it with us. We also offer John & Irene a warm Mahalo for their pupu parties and the Aloha they extended us during our stay. While yes there are many activities and things to do on Maui, our favorite has been to learn about the history, the land and the people of Hawaii. “Ua Mau Ke Ea O Ka Aina I Ka Pono – The life of the land is perpetuated in righteusness”

Your place is beautiful… Sunsets, rainbows, turtles everywhere. This is truly a magical place, far from the maddening crowds at home. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us Alex & Lisa. Your unit is the centerpiece of this complex. Many people asked if they could come inside just to see it!!! The car you have taken to create this beautiful place is evident and we will return. Mahalo Nui Loa!!!
