The above rates apply for 1-2 people. Extra persons are an additional $15 per night, with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. A $250 security deposit is required at the time of reservation. Full payment is required 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM. All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by check, money order or paypal account.
